A list of things to be reeeeally happy for!
1. On Saturday I took one of my best friends Marisa out to the Sherman Library Gardens and it was magical. We met a fat cat, saw the biggest coy fish, and turtles– needless to say the gardens were amazing! After this we got sushi and went to a k-makeup store. Perfect day.
2. A lot of the times, being a youth leader I am buying my girls coffee and treating them, which I love to do. It makes it extra special when people buy me coffee. I had a big sister date, where she absolutely would not let me pay, and it was such a treat.
3. Yesterday I did something I’ve always wanted to do. You know that scene from the princess diaries where they are throwing darts at paint filled balloons? Well me and Josie spent hours doing this at the park and talking about healing, and closure and what that tends to look like. It was so sweet.
4. Having people who mentor and love me well, so I can be filled to overflow onto my students.
5. Skype dates with Angie!! I miss her so.
6. Almond chocolate chip perfect bars
7. Doing brand work for Health-Ade means getting a ton of free kombucha, which makes me stoked.
8. The peace that Jesus left us with has not left us. It will not leave us. We can walk with peace even in the midst of chaos and shambles.

10. The fruits of faithfulness- the power in declaring that it is well despite circumstances.
11. That silly feeling when you ate your snack, but reach for it because you forgot you ate it already!
12. Eating homemade turkey burgers with enzo.

14. How utterly hilarious my littlest sister has become!
15. Danielle made us cinammon buns and got me coffee. Me, frankie, her, enzo, and their baby watched stranger things and ate wingstop all afternoon. It was way too fun.
16. When babies smile at you because they recognize you.
17. Your suffering isn’t in vein. There’s so much purpose behind it that we can’t see in the midst of it. This is a promise.

HAPPY!
1. When my friends parents greet me with kisses on the cheek- it makes me feel like family.
2. cookies with mini m&ms and mini ghirardelli dark chocolate chips probably make up my soul
3. being a brand ambassador for lava essentials and being an influencer for 31 bits has been soo dreamy. it’s nice to feel like you’re smart/capable/ entrusted to build a brand’s content.

5. I went to a lavender festival not to long ago, and I got to pick out the brightest lavender bushel to take home and it still smells divine
6. peace that can not be stolen is the peace Jesus has to offer. In the midst of pain, trials, and discouragement, I have peace, because the holy spirit did a thing in my heart.

a list of things to be happy about:
1. Guest writing for the Darling online blog in April!
2. Productive saturday afternoons!
3. Being dead in the flesh and alive in the spirit just makes me want to love joyfully.
4. The fruits of faithfulness that I have seen come to be… These fruits have given me hope in dead situations. Coming out victorious in the midst of a guaranteed loss is too beautiful for words.
5. I like how Enzo interacts with businesses he enjoys. He always takes the time to personally compliment chefs/ managers of a job well done.
6. When people go out of their way to help you.
7. Knowing that the inability to forgive is rooted in bitterness, and you cannot simply be bitter at a single person- it seeps into other relationships as well as your views of yourself.
8. Resources found from other countries are so fun. The fact there are skin care regimes from Korea, and graphic designers in Australia is really exciting to me.
9. The super bloom has the hills by my house looking like puddles of yellow.
10. Binging all the Madea movies with Zozo!
11. The sunsets coming later and later
12. Boldness.

15. Playing settlers of catan with Sean and Enzo and being really angry until I win a round. (my personality comes out in this sentence)

17. Since coming back from the east coast, my definition of cold has been permanently altered!
18. This week Enzo and I combined our apple music accounts on a family plan, which is basically a ring right? Right?
19. a simple topic that evokes discussion, amongst people who aren’t opposed to being wrong, corrected, and want to grow and love you well!
20. ICE CREAM!!
21. I ADORE Enzo so very much, he makes me laugh, and my heart happy, and always gives me ice cream.
22. Unexpected encouragement in areas of weakness.
